Meaning

The Gun Gross is a representation of the parallel between gun ownership and religion that exists in America. This graphic, originally designed in 2019, showcases the parallel concept of owning a gun for the security of protecting one's life, and celebrating a religion for the security of knowing there is life after earth. This graphic has taken on a whole new meaning in recent years, with issues of gun-ownership rising at an alarming rate within America.

Mass-killings have become a norm in this country and the one of the main justifications used for how easy it is to get a legal Fire-Arm is the Constitution. As we know the constitution is rooted in Christianity, so there is still a clear connection between the Church and State in modern day America.
